Well, here I am. A great empty space to fill up -- rather intimidating, that.

My plan here is to post various things I am working on: art and craft projects, pictures I've taken, the odd item of historical interest, and whatever else happens to pop out in the process, I guess.

I'm not really loving the layout I'm using at the moment. I searched pages and pages of templates and was just not grabbed by any of those I looked at. I suppose I'll have to eventually figure out how to set up my own original template, but at the moment it's a bit beyond my skill. So, for today, I've satisfied myself with getting a tiny bit of profile information filled in, and the rest can come later.
